The NextGen Trades Academy is for 16-24 year old local youth who may not have the opportunity or desire to go to college. We educate and train students to find gainful employment in construction trades in Sonoma County and throughout the North Bay.  This program also provides a workforce for over 160 local contractors. You can change a life today by making a one-time or monthly contribution below!

  • $64 per month covers the cost of trades training and job placement for one student
  • $47 per month covers the cost of supplies and tools for one student
